ensure availability, please make reservations for spa services 48
hours in advance.

Gift
Certificates expire six months from date of purchase. They are
transferable, but may not be redeemed for cash.
Check-In
Please
arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Arriving late
reduces the length of your treatment and it will end as originally
scheduled so as not to delay the next scheduled appointment.
Fees/Gratuity
All
fees are due in full upon the completion of services rendered. We
honor cash, checks and all major credit cards including debit cards.
In
appreciation to the staff for outstanding service, gratuities may be
given at your discretion.
All gratuities are appreciated, 15% - 20% is customary.
Appointment
Change/Cancellation
Policy
Your
Spa Appointment is reserved especially for you. Upon
receipt of your request, we will contact you within 24 hours to
confirm your appointment. After confirmation, we will get
authorization on your credit card. Your credit card will not be
charged until after your scheduled appointment; or: you can elect to
pay by personal check, (including 2 forms of proper id) Visa, Master
Card, debit card or cash.
For 30-Minute and 1-Hour Appointments, you must inform us of a
Change/Cancellation at
least
24-Hours in advance.*
For 90-Minute and 2-Hour Appointments, you must inform us of a
Change/Cancellation at
least
48-Hours in advance.*
For 3-Hour Appointments or longer, you must inform us of a
Change/Cancellation at least 72-Hours in advance.*
Otherwise,
your card will be charged.
*Since we are Closed on Sundays, add an additional 24-Hours for
any Monday Appointment Change/Cancellation.
